Cisco Packet Tracer FAQ
Admin Answer
Select the ‘Skills for All’ login option instead of the old ‘NetAcad’ option.
Make sure your firewall or antivirus is not blocking Packet Tracer. Add Packet Tracer to the exception list.
Disable VPNs or proxies temporarily, as they may prevent the app from connecting to Cisco servers.
If the issue persists, try reinstalling Packet Tracer.
Most users have reported that switching to the ‘Skills for All’ login option solved the problem immediately."
